PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera (KBS) and PT PBM Adhiguna Putera (PBM AGP) are a BUP (Port Business Entity) Company duo, recently signed an MOU on November 15, 2017, located at the KBS Krakatau Steel Building Jakarta Office.
PT. PBM Adhiguna Putera is a loading and unloading company and is a subsidiary of PT. Adhiguna Ark Cruise. Experience of more than a quarter of a century with branches spread across Indonesia. The company has obtained a permit as a BUP based on the Minister of Transportation Decree No. KP 762 of 2012 dated 30 July 2014 and has fulfilled the requirements to support the special PLTU port/terminal service owned by PLN.
The signing of this memorandum of understanding was carried out with the intention of carrying out business synergies with the principle of mutual benefit in exploiting the potential possessed by each party. The agreed scope is in terms of Pilot Cooperation, Ship Delay Cooperation and Jetty Management Cooperation.
On that occasion, the leaders of each company expressed their hopes.
Tonno Sapoetro, Main Director of KBS said that his party really appreciated and welcomed the collaboration with PT Adhiguna Putera which is a subsidiary of PT PLN. "We hope that this togetherness can produce good synergy, mutually beneficial, and beneficial for each business entity," he added.

Also attending the event were the Board of Directors and Management from each party. KBS Directors include Tonno Sapoetro, Dwi Soehardjo; Director of Finance & HR, Agung Wibowo; Director of Operations and David Rahadian; Commercial & Public Works Director.
