In order to create better wharf management related to coal unloading and cleaning, PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB) signed a partnership with PT Adhi Guna Putera (AGP) one of DP-PLN Subsidiaries as the executor of coal unloading and cleaning services, Monday (28/3).
Taking place at the PJB office in Surabaya, the cooperation agreement signed by Gong Matua Hasibuan as the main Director of PJB and Denny Pranoto as the Main Director of PT AGP is a form of PLN Group synergy in creating clean power plants, while still providing reliable and quality electricity.
In the cooperation agreement, there are a total of 7 contracts related to coal dismantling and cleaning and Jetty Management. Five of the contracts were signed by the Director of Development and Commerce of PJB, Iwan Purwana, and the Director of PT AGP Denny Pranoto. while two other contracts were signed by the Main Director of PT AGP with M Yossy Noval A as Director of Operations 1 of PJB and Gong Matua Hasibuan as Main Director of PJB. The contents of the cooperation agreement include the operation of the pier, the procurement of TKBM, the provision of heavy equipment and operators, the process of unloading coal, as well asmaintaining the security and safety of port facilities by cleaning the pier and barges according to established standards.
On the same occasion, Gong Matua Hasibuan as the Main Director of PJB revealed that the efficiency and speed of coal unloading as well as PLTU environmental management is a shared priority. Therefore PJB hopes that AGP can help provide a PLTU environment, especially the jetty, to become a clean and friendly environment for everyone.
The cooperation agreement between PJB and AGP is like a special gift for AGP on its 36th anniversary which falls on March 31, 2022. We hope that the PLN Group's synergy can always increase professionalism, integrity and innovation, for a sustainable business.
