PT TITAN TRANSPORT INDONUSA ESTABLISHES COOPERATION IN SEA TRANSPORTATION WITH PT KARUNIA AKSES GEMILANG

Jakarta, PT Titan Transport Indonusa (TITAN TI), as a subsidiary of PT Adhi Guna Putera (AGP) entered into a collaboration with PT Karunia Akses Gemilang (KAG) for Sea Transportation (19.06.2023), the Memorandum of Understanding was signed jointly between the Directors of PT TITAN TI Dino Indro Witjaksono with the Main Director of KAG Wadiman witnessed by the Main Director of PT AGP, Denny Pranoto and Toharudin, as Director of Finance and Sumantri Director of Operations.


The scope of Sea Transportation Cooperation includes the provision and implementation of operational activities for sea transport / transportation vessels which include Mother Vessel, Tug & Barge, Floating Crane and other modes of transportation.


The Memorandum of Understanding lasts for 5 (five) years from the time it is signed with a review every 1 (one) and may be amended and extended based on a mutual agreement. 


Denny Pranoto as Commissioner of PT TITAN TI in his speech said; This collaboration can be a new opportunity, it is hoped that PT TITAN TI and KAG can produce a new project either in the PLN Group or External PLN which has been collaborating so far, responding to what was conveyed by the Commissioner of PT TITAN, Dino Indro Witjaksono is a new history for PT TITAN TI , not only on large ships but also on floating cranes, especially with the change in the original scheme from CIF to FOB where later the control will be in the hands of PLN, so that it is likely that it will be conditioned to AGP and PT TITAN, while in his speech the President Director of PT KAG is very hopeful with With this Memorandum of Understanding signed, service coordination can be further improved to meet the demand for coal supply (security of supply) with Mother Vessel, Tug & Barge, Floating Crane and other modes of transportation services.

The event continued with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and a joint photo and hospitality between PT TITAN TI, AGP and KAG.
